Rebecca (Becky) has been facilitating groups with both youth and adults since 2001. During her career she has been a behavior specialist, the coordinator for an intensive outpatient recovery program for teens, been the director of after-school programming for teens, been the director of an adolescent residential group home, as well as facilitated a wide range of group topics during her years of working in a community mental health clinic. In 2017 Becky founded Taproots Behavioral Health and has been working with school districts providing a range of staff and student services.

Consults & Groups
Group Implementation Consults: Individualized, small group meetings with guidance staff and/or administration to identify how to implement groups into your schools during the school day. Customized look at your school, district needs and desires, your daily schedule and routine, culture of the school, student needs, community response, parental response and formalizing desired outcomes. Billable time also spent outside of staff meeting times. All cost estimated up front.
Train the Trainer: Individualized and customized training for a school staff member (trainee) to facilitate groups with Becky. Becky provides 6 week curriculum for group and models group facilitation for school staff member with group for 6 sessions. 4-6 hours of training and consultation with Becky prior to start of group. Trainee keeps resources used during these groups and has access to Becky for consultation of groups for 6 months post group. Up to two staff per school - additional staff results in additional charge.
Group Facilitation: Becky comes to your school and facilitates the group for 6 weeks. Staff member must be present in the groups. School staff does not keep materials used during the groups. Becky coordinates with school staff member for scheduling and identifying group members in 1-2 hour consult session prior to start of group.
